Twice-a-week practices, tournaments on weekends.

How the game works

The game

Two teams of seven pass a disc down the field. Catch it in the end zone, that's a point. Drop it or get it blocked, the other team takes over.

The score

Games go to 15, win by two, capped at 20. Two 20-minute halves with a short break. Most games wrap in about an hour.

The rules

There are no referees. Players make their own calls and resolve disputes on the field.

The DC Breeze are Washington's professional ultimate team.
